Small family-run farm, which cultivates vineyards (about 12 hectares), produces wine, sparkles and bottles about 100,000 bottles of sparkling wine per year.We believe that in order to obtain an excellent product, it is necessary to spend a lot of time and we must take care of every detail.This is why the vineyards are hand-worked with passion, the harvest is done by hand and in the cellar all the processing processes are carried out with the utmost attention and care, using first-rate equipment.In order to do this, it must be not just a job, but a passion to follow, with tenacity, sacrifice and without haste.
